摘要
目的通过对医院出院患者施行电话随访,提高患者对我院的满意度,加强人文关怀,提高整体护理。方法对全院出院3天的患者(包括住院军人)进行电话随访,贯穿于出院后患者的跟踪治疗和康复过程中。结果通过这项电话随访工作,使患者对自己的病情和健康从依赖医院逐步转向依靠自己和家庭。结论电话随访提高了患者的生活质量,改变不利于健康的各种行为习惯,完善了医疗护理服务体系。
Objective To improve the satisfaction of patients to the hospital, to strengthen the humanistic care and to improve the overall nursing. Methods 3 days in the hospital patients(including hospitalized soldiers) telephone follow-up,tracking throughout the treatment and rehabilitation of patients after discharge. Results Through this telephone follow-up work,so that patients on their own illness and health from the hospital to rely on their own and gradually shift to rely on their own and family. Conclusion Telephone follow-up improves the quality of life of patients,changes in the health of all kinds of behavior habits,and improve the health care service system.
