探讨心理干预在重型肝炎护理中的作用

To Explore the Effect of Psychological Intervention in the Nursing of Patients With Severe Hepatitis

目的研究分析重型肝炎护理使用心理干预的临床效果。方法根据2013年6月~2015年6月我院的80例重型肝炎患者进行研究分析,将患者分成对照组和实验组,均有40例。对照组使用常规护理方式,实验组使用常规护理和心理干预。比较分析两组的临床护理满意度。结果对照组34例满意,满意度是85.0%,实验有39例满意,满意度是97.5%,两组患者的满意度为观察组较高,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论重型肝炎患者临床中的护理除了使用常规护理之外,增加强化心理护理能够改善患者的心理状态,让患者积极的配合治疗。

Objective To study the clinical effect of psychological intervention in the nursing of patients with severe hepatitis. Methods from June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital 80 cases of severe hepatitis patients were studied and analyzed,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,there were 40 cases. The control group used routine nursing,the experimental group used routine nursing and psychological intervention. Comparative analysis of the two groups of clinical nursing satisfaction. Results In the control group,34 cases were satisfied,the satisfaction rate was 85.0%,39 cases were satisfactory,and the satisfaction rate was 97.5%. The satisfaction rate of the two groups was higher than that of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion Patients with severe hepatitis in clinical care in addition to the use of conventional care,the increase in the strengthening of psychological care can improve the psychological state of patients,so that patients actively cooperate with treatment.
