摘要
目的针对过敏性鼻炎患者的过敏性鼻炎及健康教育方法进行探讨。方法选择2014年3月~2016年3月卫生队收治的186例过敏性鼻炎战士作为研究对象,对研究对象的临床资料进行回顾性分析,实施有效的护理措施,并做好健康教育。观察护理及健康教育对患者治疗效果的影响。结果在经过合理的护理和健康教育后,186例患者心理状态明显改善,且有效降低的患者过敏性鼻炎的发生情况,提高了患者的治疗效果和生活质量。结论对过敏性鼻炎患者实施合理的治疗和护理措施,加强对患者的健康教育,建立健康合理的生活方式,能够有效改善患者的心理状态,降低过敏性鼻炎症状发生率,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the method of allergic rhinitis and health education in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods From March 2014 to March 2016 the health team treated 186 cases of allergic rhinitis soldiers as the research object,the research object of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,the implementation of effective nursing measures,and improve health education. Observation of the effect of nursing and health education on patients. Results After reasonable nursing and health education,186 cases of patients with significant improvement in mental state,and the effective reduction of the occurrence of allergic rhinitis patients, improve the patient＇s treatment effect and quality of life. Conclusion Treatment and reasonable nursing measures on patients with allergic rhinitis,strengthen the health education of patients,establish a healthy and reasonable life style,can effectively improve the psychological status of the patients,reduce the incidence of allergic rhinitis symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients.
