脑梗死患者运用综合护理干预后并发症情况分析

Analysis of complications in patients with cerebral infarction after comprehensive nursing intervention

目的:探讨脑梗死患者运用综合护理干预后并发症情况。方法:选取我院2015年1月—2016年8月随机抽取的80例脑梗死患者,依据不同护理方法分为对照组与观察组各40例,其中对照组运用常规护理,观察组运用综合护理干预,分析两组患者护理后并发症情况差异。结果:在并发症发生率上,观察组为22.5%,对照组为57.5%,组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;在护理满意度上,观察组为100.0%,对照组为87.5%,组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:脑梗死患者运用综合护理干预后并发症发生率相对降低,同时提升患者满意度,有利于和谐护患关系的建立。

Objective： To study the complications after the use of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods： 80 cases of cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2016 were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine care while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention, the difference of complications after treatment of two groups was analyzed. Results： The complication rate of the observation group and the control group was 22.5% and 57.5% respectively, the difference was of statistical significance, P 〈 0.05; The satisfaction of nursing of the observation group and he control group was 100.0% and 87.5% respectively, the difference was of statistical significance, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： After the use of comprehensive nursing intervention, the complication rate of patients with cerebral infarction was relatively lower, while the patients satisfaction rate was higher, and it was conducive to the establishment of a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
