自拟排卵汤加促排卵西药联合方案治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕症的效果观察

Effect observation of ovulation induction decoction combined with promoting ovulation western medicine in the treatment of infertility due to ovulation dysfunction

目的:探讨我站自拟排卵汤加促排卵西药联合方案治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕症的效果。方法:选择2013年6月—2015年8月我站诊疗的女性排卵障碍性不孕症女性120例,将其平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组采用克罗米酚和绒促性素治疗,研究组在此基础上应用自拟排卵汤治疗。结果:研究组治疗3个月妊娠率为40.00%、6个月妊娠率为86.67%,均高于对照组20.00%、50.00%(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间的不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:我站自拟排卵汤加促排卵西药联合方案在排卵功能障碍性不孕症中具有显著的疗效,可以提高妊娠率,经济安全,适于临床应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of ovulation induction decoction combined with promoting ovulation western medicine in the treatment of infertility due to ovulation dysfunction. Methods： 120 female patients with infertility due to ovulation dysfunction treated in our office from June 2013 to August 2015 were selected and divided into the：research group and the control group evenly. The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate and chorionic gonadotrophin while： the research group received ovulation induction decoction on the basis of the western medicine. Results： The pregnancy rate of the research group was 40.00% after 3 months treatment and it increased to 86.67% after 6 months. Both are higher than the that of the control group.which was 20% and 50% respectively （P 〈 0.05）. Both groups showed similar occurrence rate of side effects and the difference was of no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Ovulation induction decoction combined with promoting ovulation western medicine had significant effect in the treatment of infertility due to ovulation dysfunction, it could improve the pregnancy rate, and it was economical and safe for clinical application.
