中药汤剂配合针灸治疗卵巢功能早衰临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian failure

目的:观察中药汤剂配合针灸治疗卵巢功能早衰的临床疗效。方法:共168例患者,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组86例,给予中药汤剂配合针灸治疗;对照组82例,给予人工周期疗法。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率86.05%;对照组治疗总有效率71.95%;两组总有效率比较,x2=17.64,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药汤剂配合针灸治疗卵巢功能早衰疗效较好。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian failure. Methods： A total of 168 patients with premature ovarian function were divided into two groups randomly according to the order of treatment, the treatment group （86 cases） were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupuncture treatment while 82 cases in the control group received artificial cycle therapy. Results： In the 86 cases of treatment group, the total effective rate was 86.05%; in the 82 cases of the control group, the total effective rate was 71.95%. The total effective rate of the two groups was compared, χ^2 =17.64, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupuncture had better effect in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.
