选择性使用附子桃红四物汤加减治疗颈椎病的体会

Experience on selective use of modified Fuzi Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis

目的:临床观察辨证使用附子桃红四物汤加减内服治疗颈椎病的效果。方法:将600例病例随机分为附子桃红四物汤加减治疗组和使用痛舒胶囊治疗的对照组,各300例,治疗组使用附子桃红四物汤加减(制附子另包开水先煎2 d桃仁、红花、当归、生地、赤芍、川芎)。2日1剂,5剂,10 d完成疗程;对照组:痛舒胶囊(七叶莲、灯盏细辛、玉葡萄根,三七、珠子参、栀子、重楼、甘草),4粒/次,3次/d,10 d完成疗程。两组均采用以NPQ颈痛量表评分,评分分别在治疗前,治疗1疗程10 d结束完成。结果:附子桃红四物汤加减治疗组:临床痊愈:192例(64%),显效:93例(31%),有效14例(4.7%),无效1例(0.3%),优于对照组。结论:附子桃红四物汤加减治疗颈椎病疼痛效果明显,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Fuzi Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods： 600 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group （modified Fuzi Taohong Siwu decoction group） and the control group （Tongshu capsule group）, with 300 cases in each group. The treatment group received modified Fuzi Taohong Siwu decoction （Radix Aconiti Lateralis was processed and decocted 2 hours earlier, Peach kernel, safflower, Chinese angelica, radix rehmanniae, radix paeoniae rubra and rhizoma chuanxiong）, one decoction every two days, 5 decoction and 10 days formed one course; The control group received Tongshu capsule （Seven lotus leaf, fieabane, jade grape root, pseudo-ginseng, ginseng, gardenia, Paris polyphylla, licorice）, 4 capsules per time and three times a day, 10 days formed one course. NPQ neck pain scale was used for scoring, which was made before treatment and one course after treatment. Results： In the treatment group of modified Fuzi Taohong Siwu decoction, 192 cases were clinically cured （64%）, 93 cases were significantly effective （31%）, 14 cases were effective （4.7%） and 1 case was ineffective （0.3%）, the effect was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion： modified Fuzi Taohong Siwu decoction had significant clinical effect in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and it was worthy of clinical application.
