中医骨折三期治疗对肱骨近端骨折术后的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of TCM three periods fracture therapy in treating postoperative proximal humeral fracture

目的:探索分析中医骨折三期治疗对于肱骨近端骨折术后的临床效果。方法:随机选取2014年10月—2016年3月来我院接受治疗的肱骨近端骨折手术的患者120例,并随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,给予对照组临床常规方法治疗,观察组在此基础上实施中医骨折三期治疗,比较两组患者术后的临床疗效。结果:观察组的优良率为86.7%,对照组为70.0%,观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组感染并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但创伤性关节炎、血肿并发症方面的差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:对肱骨近端骨折术后的患者采用中医骨折三期方法治疗的临床疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of TCM three periods fracture therapy in treating postoperative proximal humeral fracture. Methods： 120 cases with proximal humeral fracture treated in our hospital from October 2014 to March 2016 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment while the observation group received TCM three periods fracture therapy on the basis of the routine treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results： The treatment excellence rate of the observation group was 86.7%, which was significantly better than that of the control group,70.0%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The difference in traumatic arthritis and hematoma complication was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： TCM three periods fracture therapy had significant effect in treating postoperative proximal humeral fracture and it was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
