改良总攻疗法治疗输尿管下段结石疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of the improved offensive therapy in the treatment of distal ureteral calculus

目的:评估改良总攻疗法治疗输尿管下段结石的临床疗效。方法:将109例输尿管下段结石患者随机分为试验组(57例)和对照组(52例),试验组接受改良总攻疗法治疗,对照组接受传统总攻疗法治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:试验组治愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良总攻疗法治疗输尿管下段结石疗效优于传统总攻疗法。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the improved offensive therapy in treating distal ureteral calculus. Methods： 109 cases with distal ureteral calculus were randomly divided into the experimental group （57 cases） and the control group （52 cases）, the experimental group received improved offensive therapy of ureteral calculus, and the control group received conventional offensive therapy of ureteral calculus, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results： The cure rate and total efficiency of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of improved offensive therapy was more effective than that of the conventional offensive therapy in treating distal ureteral calculus.
