中医外治法治疗恶性肿瘤并发带状疱疹16例分析

Analysis of TCM external therapy in treating 16 cases of malignant tumor complicated with herpes zoster

目的：探讨恶性肿瘤并发带状疱疹的临床特点,观察疗效,探讨中西医治疗恶性肿瘤带状疱疹的方法。方法：回顾性分析研究16例恶性肿瘤合并带状疱疹患者的临床特点、治疗方法及疗效。结果：治疗10~15 d后,患者疼痛减轻,疱疹消退,总显效率94%。结论：恶性肿瘤患者因免疫抑制较容易发生带状疱疹,常规治疗结合中医外治法治疗带状疱疹,能减轻患者痛苦,缩短病程。

Objective： To observe the clinical features of malignant tumor complicated with herpes zoster and the curative effect of TCM external therapy in the treatment of it and to explore the method of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of malignant tumor complicated with herpes zoster. Methods： The data of the clinical features, treatment and curative effect of 16 patients with malignant tumor complicated with herpes zoster were retrospectively analyzed. Results： 10-15d after treatment, the patients＇ pain was relieved, herpes subsided and the total effective rate was 94%. Conclusion： Patients with malignant tumor were more prone to herpes zoster due to immune suppression, the conventional treatment combined with TCM external therapy could alleviate the suffering of patients and shorten the course of disease in the treatment of herpes zoster.
