摘要
目的:探讨改良终点法应用在临床生化检验中的效果。方法:选择改良终点法和原终点法进行对比,分析改良终点法在临床生化检验中的应用意义,根据美国临床实验室标准化委员会制订的相关规定,对改良终点法和原终点法两种检验方法的相关性、线性进行评价分析。结果:实验发现,改良终点法和原终点法之间具有一定的相关性,两种方法的检测结果在临床上无较大差异,P>0.05表示差异无统计学意义。测量正常浓度的样品,改良终点法和原终点法的批内不精密度和总不精密度均为CV<2.60%。测量异常浓度的样品,改良终点法CV<2.60%,原终点法CV>2.60%。检验回归方程为:改良终点法y=1.0705x-0.2183;r=0.9982。原终点法y=1.4404x-2.9397;r=0.9791。结论:经过研究发现,改良终点法应用于临床生化检验,在对高浓度标本进行检验中具有更准确的精密度,改良终点法的测定线性范围更宽,对试剂的成分起到节约的作用,值得在临床大力推广应用。
Objective: To explore the application effect of modified end point method in clinical biochemistry test. Methods: Modified end point method was compared with original end point method and its application value in clinical biochemistry test was analyzed. The correlation and linear evaluation and analysis of these two methods were made based on the relevant provisions of the United States clinical laboratory standardization committee. Results: Experiments revealed that modified end point method and original end point method had certain correlation, the difference of the test results of these methods was of no statistical significance, P〉0.05 indicated that the difference was of no statistical significance. In detecting samples of normal concentration, the non-fine density and total non-fine density within groups of modified end point method and original end point method indicated that CV〈2.60%. In detecting samples of abnormal concentration, modified end point method indicated that CV〈2.60% and original end point method indicated that CV〉2.60%. Test regression equation: Modified end point method: y=1.0705x-0.2183; r=0.9982; Original end point method: y=1.4404x - 2.9397; r=0.9791.Conclusion: Experiments found that the application of modified end point method in clinical biochemistry test had more accurate precision in detecting samples of high concentration, wider determination of linear range, which played a role in saving components of the reagents, therefore, it was worthy of clinical popularization and application.
