教师“全能角色”的尴尬境遇及其改善 被引量:2

摘要 在知识信息多元化的社会,个体的成长与发展对教育的依赖性越来越强,教师作为学校教育的主体,无疑在人才培养方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。在实践中,教师也因此遭遇了"道德圣人"、"知识完人"、"监护人"等"全能角色"定位,使其陷入不堪重负的境地。究其原因,主要在于封闭办学、过度主张学生权益导致师生权利保障不对等、学校缺乏有效的教育惩戒机制等影响。帮助教师摆脱角色困境,应客观定位教师专业角色,完善教育立法,建构社会舆论支持系统。 In a society of diversified information and knowledge, there is an increased dependency of individual growth and development upon education. Therefore, the teacher, as a main part in education, is playing an increasing- ly important role in cultivating talents. In the process of teaching, the teacher is given an almighty role defined as "moral saint", "omniscience" and "guardian", which has put teachers into a difficult situation. The reasons are as fol- lows: schools are run in an enclosed way; student's rights are overestimated, resulting in the unbalanced guarantee of teachers' and students' rights; and an effective mechanism for educational punishment is absent. To help teachers get out of the dilemma, it is necessary to define the teacher's role objectively, to make perfect the legislation on education and to construct the support system of social opinions.
