摘要
课堂教学中的倾听是一种教师与学生的双向互动行为,既包括教师对学生思想的理解,又体现了教师与学生心灵世界的互相融合。缄默知识是显性知识的认识基础,学生内心所隐含的缄默知识往往透视着自己的真实诉求,同时也制约着课堂的教学效果。因此,基于缄默知识的视角来看,教师要给予学生尊重与关爱,在与学生共同交流中关注学生的心灵,增长彼此的认识与经验,从而促进学生的成长及教师自身的专业发展。
Listening is a two-way interaction between teachers and students. It includes not only the understand- ing of the students' thoughts, but also the integration of the spiritual world of teachers and students. Tacit knowledge is the knowledge base of explicit knowledge, tacit knowledge hidden in the students' mind is often in perspective of theirreal give demands, but also restricts the classroom teaching effect. From the perspective of tacit knowledge, teachers students respect and love, pay attention to students' mind in together with the student exc standing opment. hanges, increase under- and experience of each other, so as to promote the growth of students and teachers in their professional devel-opment.
