香菇多糖注射液对直肠癌根治术后患者纤维蛋白水平及免疫功能的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Lentinan Injection on the Fibrin Level and Immune Function of Rectal Cancer Patients after Radical Surgery

摘要 目的:研究香菇多糖注射液对直肠癌根治术后患者纤维蛋白水平及免疫功能的影响。方法:将2010年5月-2014年10月期间在我院接受直肠癌根治术的患者随机分为两组,观察组术后接受香菇多糖联合FOLFOX-4化疗,对照组术后接受FOLFOX-4化疗,观察两组患者化疗过程中的不良反应,测定化疗前后纤维蛋白水平及免疫功能指标。结果:观察组患者在化疗过程中消化道反应、肝功能损伤、骨髓抑制、周围神经毒性、口腔黏膜损伤、脱发的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);化疗后,对照组患者外周血中CD3^+CD4^+CD8^-细胞、CD3^+CD4^-CD8^+细胞、CD19^+细胞、CD3^-CD56^+细胞的含量以及血清Ig M、Ig A、Ig G、FIB的含量显著低于化疗前(P<0.05),观察组患者外周血中CD3^+CD4^+CD8^-细胞、CD3^+CD4^-CD8^+细胞、CD19^+细胞、CD3^-CD56^+细胞的含量以及血清Ig M、Ig A、Ig G的含量与化疗前无显著性差异(P>0.05),血清FIB含量显著低于化疗前(P<0.05);观察组患者化疗后外周血中CD3^+CD4^+CD8^-细胞、CD3^+CD4^-CD8^+细胞、CD19^+细胞、CD3^-CD56^+细胞的含量以及血清Ig M、Ig A、Ig G、FIB的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清FIB含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:香菇多糖注射液辅助治疗能够减轻直肠癌根治术后FOLFOX-4化疗的毒副作用、改善免疫功能。 Objective: To study the effect of Lentinan Injection on the fibrin level and immune function of rectal cancer patients after radical surgery. Methods: Rectal cancer patients received radical surgery in our hospital from May 2010 to October 2014 were randomly assigned into two groups, patients in the observation group received lentinan combined with FOLFOX-4 chemotherapy, the control group received FOLFOX-4 chemotherapy. The incidence of adverse reaction during chemotherapy process were observed, the fiber protein level and immune function index before and after chemotherapy were determined. Results: The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions, bone marrow suppression, liver damage, peripheral neurotoxicity, oral mucosa damage, hair loss during chemotherapy process in observation group were lower than those of control group(P〈0.05). After chemotherapy, the CD3^+CD4^+CD8^-cells, CD3^+CD4^-CD8^+cells,CD19^+cells, CD3^-CD56^+cells contents in peripheral blood and the serum Ig M, Ig A, Ig G, FIB contents of control group were significantly lower than those before chemotherapy(P〈0.05); the CD3^+CD4^+CD8^-cells, CD3^+CD4^-CD8^+cells, CD19^+cells, CD3^-CD56^+cells contents in peripheral blood and the serum Ig M, Ig A, Ig G contents of observation group had no difference compared with those before chemotherapy(P〈0.05), the serum FIB content was significantly lower than that before chemotherapy(P〈0.05); the CD3^+CD4^+CD8^-cells,CD3^+CD4^-CD8^+cells, CD19^+cells, CD3^-CD56^+cells contents in peripheral blood and the serum Ig M, Ig A, Ig G contents of observation group after chemotherapy were higher than control group, FIB content was lower than those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Lentinan injection adjuvant therapy could reduce the toxic effects of FOLFOX-4 chemotherapy and improve the immune function in the treatment of rectal cancer patients after radical operation.
