本文对深圳平安金融中心施工管理特点进行了分析,介绍了项目施工管理模式、合同架构,概述了施工组织部署全过程、总控管理作用及总控计划,对技术质量安全管理方法进行了总结,简介了超高层建筑关键性工程技术要点。

This article presents the analysis of characteristics in construction management in Ping An Finance Centre. Also, this article introduces construction management, contracts structure, construction organization for whole construction stage, and effects of overall management and master program. Besides, this article summarizes quality assurance and safety management techniques in construction technology. Some key engineering techniques of super high-rise buildings are briefly introduced.
