摘要
在中介变量的研究中,创业能力并未引起足够的重视。这在一定程度上削弱了现有研究对"战略导向对产品创新作用机制"的解释力度。基于226家珠三角公司的实证研究得出如下结论:机会识别和资源整合能力,是创业导向和市场导向战略,向产品创新绩效转化的一个重要路径;创业导向对机会识别和资源整合的作用更为明显。相应的研究发现和管理启示对我国公司创新实践具有参考价值。
In the study of mediators, entrepreneurial ability does not get due attention. This, to some degree,weakens the explanatory power of the existing research of the mechanism of strategic orientation on product innovation. A survey of more than 226 companies in the Pearl River Delta suggests that abilities to identify opportunities and integrate resources are an important approach to the transformation of entrepreneurial and market orientation strategy to the product innovation performance; entrepreneurial orientation has more obvious effect on opportunity identification and resource integration. The findings and enlightenment of the study can provide practical reference to the innovation of the companies in China.
