摘要
绩效考核在国有企业人力资源管理工作中占据着重要地位,但多数国有企业对此方面的工作并没有高度重视,致使企业员工工作缺乏压力和动力,并间接导致了公司整体效率低下等问题。在新形势下,国企应认识到过去的不足,对绩效考核工作加以改进,制定并严格实施科学合理系统有效的绩效考核制度,督促考核人员严格按照标准对员工进行考核,并加大与员工职业发展岗位晋升和薪资待遇的关联程度,以此提高员工工作的积极性,提升企业整体效益。
Performance appraisal plays an important role in the human resource management of state-owned enterprises, but the majority of state-owned enterprises do not attach importance to the work. As a result, their employees do not have due pressure and impetus in their work, indirectly leading to low efficiency of the whole corporation. In the new situation, the state-owned enterprises should be aware of the fault and take actions to improve the employees' performance appraisal. system Firstly, a strict scientific and applicable appraisal system should be developed and implemented; secondly, assessment process should be supervised to ensure that it strictly follows the standards of the appraisal; thirdly, the appraisal results of the employee's performance should be closely related with his promotion and salary and other benefits in order to improve his impetus in work and to improve the overall efficiency.
