摘要 目的:探讨血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类癌抗原199(CA19—9)、糖类癌抗原724(CA72—4)、糖类癌抗原242(CA242)等4项肿瘤标志物联合检测在不同肠道疾病中的诊断价值。方法:观察26例胃肠道癌患者(其中胃癌10例,结肠癌7例,直肠癌9例)和胃肠良性疾病(胃炎、肠炎、息肉)以及26例健康体检者外周血CEA、CA19-9、CA72—4、CA242的量,并进行分析、比较组间差异。结果:与健康对照组相比,胃肠道恶性肿瘤,胃肠炎症、息肉中CEA、CA19-9、CA72-4、CA242指标水平及阳性率均具有统计学差异(p〈0.05)CEA、CA19—9、CA72-4、CA242联合检测在诊断胃癌、结肠癌和直肠癌中的敏感性最高,分别达到了100%、86%和100%。结论:联合检测CEA、CA19-9、cA72—4、CA2424项指标具有互补作用,能提高胃肠道疾病的检出率。 Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of combined detection of four tumor markers (CEA, CA19-9, CA242, CA72-4) for diagnosis of gastrointestinal disease. Methods: Detections of CEA, CA19-9, CA242, and CA72-4 were con- ducted in 26 cases of gastrointestinal cancers (10 cases of gastric cancer, 7 cases of colon cancer, 9 cases of colorectal cancer), 26 cases of benign disease patients (gastritis, enteritis, polyp) , and 26 cases of normal healthy individuals. The contents and positive rates of four tumor markers among them were compared. Results: Compared with healthy control group, the levels and positive rates of CEA, CA19-9, CA72-4 and CA242 in patients with gastrointestinal cancers and gastrointestinal inflammation and polyps (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Combined detection of four tumor markers may help to improve the diagnosis of gastrointestinal disease.
