影响生化检验质量的因素分析及改进措施

Factors analysis of influencing biochemical testing quality and improvement measures

目的：对影响生化检验质量的因素展开分析，并提出相应的改善手段。方法：对我院2015年10月至2016年3月所接收的13577例体检者和患者的生化检验资料展开回顾性分析，经复检发现有75例出现误差，对其检验结果加以观察与分析，以找出影响生化检验结果的因素。结果：影响临床生化检验质量的因素主要有四大点，分别是标本处理因素、仪器设备因素、患者本身因素以及检验人员因素，其中，标本处理因素所占比例最高，为61．33％，其他因素所占比例分别为16．0％、12．O％、10．67％。结论：在临床生化检验过程中，诸多因素会影响到其检验质量，比如标本处理不科学、患者自身因素等；对此，应采取针对性的手段，以提高检查结果的准确性，避免误诊现象的发生。

Objective： The factors affecting the quality of biochemical test were analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward. Methods： Retrospective analysis was conducted for biochemical data of 13577 cases of patients hospital- ized from October 2015 to March 2016. Error occurred in 75 cases after re-inspection. The test results were observed and analyzed to find out the factors that affect the biochemical test results. Results： The factors that influence the quality of clinical biochemistry examination mainly has four aspects, respectively is specimen processing factors, equipment factors, patient factors and inspection per- sonnel factors, of which, the specimens were processed for factors accounted for the highest proportion, 61.33%, and the proportion of other factors were 16.0%, 12.0% and 10.67%. Conclusion： In clinical biochemistry process, many factors will affect the test quality, such as sample processing is not scientific, patient＇s own factors and so on; therefore, we should take for the means, in order to improve the accuracy of test results, to avoid misdiagnosis.
