摘要
以"毕纳一号"为试材,用不同浓度药液对种子浸种和幼苗灌根来探讨植物动力208与强力多维生根对烟草种子萌发及幼苗生理生化的影响。结果表明:浸种时会抑制种子萌发而促进主根生长,其中强力多维生根3g/L抑制作用最强;灌根时能促进各种酶的活性。说明2种叶面肥不适合浸种,可用于灌根。
According to the methods of soaking seeds and seedling in different concentrations of fertilizer,we studied that Plant-Power 208 and powerful multidimensional rooting fertilizer influence tobacco seeds germinating,physiology and biochemistry by using test material‘Bena 1'.The results indicated that,during the soaking phrase,seeds germinating was restrained and main root was stimulated instead.Powerful multidimensional rooting fertilizer,concentration of 3g/L,had the most strong influence on stimulating enzymatic activity.Overall,these tow kind of fertilizer can be used for root but not seed germinating.
