干旱胁迫对3个不同品种大豆幼苗保护酶的影响

Influence of Protective Enzyme of Three Soybean Seedling Under Drought Stress

选择3个品种大豆垦农18、东农51和黑河38,对其幼苗进行自然干旱处理,并分别测定了SOD、POD和CAT活性。结果表明:不同品种的大豆幼苗在水胁迫过程中表现出不同的酶活性,耐旱系数为黑河38>垦农18>东农51。

Three soybean seedling（kennong 18,dongnong 51,heihe 38）were treated By drought stress,and then detected SOD activity,POD activity and CAT activity.Results showed that different soybean variety had different activity of SOD,POD and CAT under drought stress,resistant capability for drought stress showed：heihe 38〉kennong 18〉dongnong 51.
