摘要
本试验使用细叶桉树的树叶制备成的桉液作为病毒致弱的试剂,将不同稀释度的桉液分别作用于锦鲤鳍条细胞系和在锦鲤鳍条细胞系复制的锦鲤疱疹病毒。结果表明,桉液浓度越高KF-1细胞增殖越困难。桉液浓度低于1:400时,对细胞生长无明显影响。当桉液浓度在1:400时,其病毒抑制率达到77.2%。用统计软件SPSS11.5的Linear-regression分析直线回归方程为,y=0.375x+6.264,R=0.971,P<0.05。说明桉液的浓度与病毒抑制率间有相关直线关系。即药物浓度越高,抑制病毒增殖的能力越强,其量效关系表现显著。
The extract of Eucalyptus tereticornis Smith leaves was used as a reagent to attenuate virus in this experiment,The different dilutions of Eucalyptus were added to the tail KF-1 cell lines to see their effects on Koi herpesvirus replication.The results showed that the higher the concentration of Eucalyptus was used,the less virus prolifevation in KF-1 cells.Eucalyptus concentration less than 1:400,had no significant effect on cell growth.When eucalyptus dilutiopn was 1:400,viral suppression rate was 77.2%.Statistical software SPSSll.5 Linear-regression analysis of the linear regression equation showed that,y = 0.375 x + 6.264,r = 0.971,(p 0.05).indicating that the concenntration of Eucalyptus and viral suppression had a linear relationship.
