规范化护理干预在社区老年高血压患者自我管理中的应用

Application research of standardized nursing intervention in community self-management of elderly hypertension patients

目的分析规范化护理干预在社区老年高血压患者自我管理中的应用。方法 2014年3月至2015年7月期间,在我社区中心下辖的泮沙社区卫生服务站选取老年性高血压患者共计72例,以随机分配法则进行分组,观察组36例患者接受规范化护理干预,对照组36例患者接受常规药物治疗基础上接受社区高血压三级管理,比较两组的护理效果。结果两组患者经过护理干预后,血压均得到控制,明显下降,对照组患者的收缩压、舒张压高于观察组;观察组、对照组患者的生活质量评分分别为(9.7±0.68)分、(13.3±0.47)分;干预后观察组的自我管理能力与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于社区老年高血压患者自我管理中,应用规范化护理干预,可提高患者的自我管理能力,有效降低患者血压,提高患者的生活质量,得到临床医生及患者的一致好评。

Objective To analyze the application of standardized nursing intervention in community self-management of elderly hypertension patients. Methods Between March 2014 and July 2015,In my community center under the jurisdiction of the pan Sha community health service station selected a total of 72 cases of senile patients with hypertension,Group by random allocation rule,Control group of 36 patients received conventional drug treatment based on community hypertension management three,Observation group of 36 patients received standardized nursing intervention,The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Two groups＇ patients after treatment and nursing system,blood pressure were significantly lower. The systolic pressure diastolic blood pressure of the control group was higher than the observation group after nursing. And the quality of life score of control patients,observation group was（ 9. 7 ＋ /-0. 68）,（ 13. 3 ＋ /-0. 47） points respectively,the difference was significant statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; The self management ability of the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For senile hypertension patients in community self-management,Application of standardized nursing intervention can improve the self-management ability of patients,effectively reduce blood pressure,improve the quality of life of patients,get the consensus of clinicians and patients.
