两种合成生物活性肽对人工感染大肠杆菌新城疫病毒肉鸡的保护试验 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究两种合成生物活性肽对肉鸡的抗菌、抗病毒作用。将1 440只1日龄AA肉鸡随机分为8个处理:6个试验组分别为两种肽的低、中、高(10、20、40μg/kg体重)剂量组,2个对照组分别为杆菌肽锌组及空白组,每组设6个重复,每重复30只,试验期42 d。于10 d进行攻菌保护试验,于33 d进行攻毒保护试验。试验结果表明,20、40μg/kg体重肽Ⅰμg/kg和40μg/kg体重肽Ⅱ具有良好抗大肠杆菌活性,40μg/kg体重肽Ⅰ和肽Ⅱ具有良好抗新城疫病毒活性。结论是试验所用两种活性肽产品对肉鸡人工感染大肠杆菌和新城疫病毒均有良好保护作用。 This study was designed to investigate the antibacterial and antiviral effects of two synthetic bioactive peptides on broilers.1 440 one-day old AA broilers were randomly divided into 8 groups with 6 replicates,in each group and 30 broilers in per replicate.The low,middle and high doses(10,20,40 μg/kg body weight)of two peptides were used to treat the broilers,and bacitracin zinc and blank group were used as control groups.The test lasted 42 days.The challenge protection test using E.coli was conducted with 10 day-old broilers,and the challenge protection test using Newcastle disease virus was conducted with 33 day-old broilers.The doses of 20,and 40 μg/kg body weight of peptide Ⅰ and 40 μg/kg body weight of peptide Ⅱ showed good antibacterial activity to E.coli,and 40 μg/kg body weight of peptide Ⅰ and Ⅱ showed good antiviral activity to Newcastle disease virus.We conclude that the two products of bioactive peptides had good protection to broilers infected with E.coli and Newcastle Disease Virus.
