术芩颗粒对仔猪生长性能和血液生理生化指标的影响

The Influence of Growth Performance and Blood Physiological and Biochemical of Zhuqin Granules on Piglets

为探索术芩颗粒对仔猪生长性能和血液生理生化指标的影响。选取32头荣昌仔猪,随机平均分成术芩Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组和空白对照组,每天检测仔猪的体温;分别在试验前、试验中和试验后采血进行血液生理生化指标的检测;试验后,计算每头仔猪的平均日增重、日采食量和料重比。结果显示:在试验7天时,试验组RBC、WBC、HGB、PLT、ALT、AST、TBIL、CK、UA、AMY呈上升的趋势,TP呈下降的趋势,CH、GLU变化不明显;在试验15天时,试验组RBC、ALT、TP、TBIL、UA、GLU呈上升的趋势,WBC、HGB、AST、CK、CH、AMY呈下降的趋势,同时试验组能提高仔猪的日增重、日采食量。提示术芩颗粒能够提高仔猪的生长性能、改善仔猪血液生理生化指标,从而达到保健的作用。

In order to explore the influence on the growth performance and blood physiological and biochemical indices of piglets by Zhuqin granules,32 Rongchang piglets were randomly divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ groups,the Zhuqin granule treatment goups,and and the blank control group.Then,we observed the temperature of piglets every day,and analyzed the blood physiological and biochemical indices.We also calculated the average per head piglet growth,daily feed intake,and feed ratio.Test results showed that RBC,WBC,HGB,PLT,ALT,AST,TBIL,CK,UA,and AMY in the treatment group had a tendency to rise and TP was decreased for 7days.CH and GLU changes were not obvious.At day 15 after treatment,RBC,ALT,TP,TBIL,UA,GLU in the experimental group had a tendency to rise,and the WBC,HGB,AST,CK,CH,and AMY exhibited a downward trend.At the same time,treatment group improved the daily gain of the piglets and daily feed intake.Our data indicate that Zhuqin granules can enhance the growth performance of piglet and improve piglet blood physiological and biochemical indexes.
