农村土地资源的合理配置是实现土地可持续利用的重要途径,其中市场化是实现有效配置的必由之路。本文在对农村土地资源配置现状分析的基础上,根据配置市场化的条件和必要性,就我国农村土地产权制度及其与可持续发展的内在联系进行了分析,提出了农村土地资源配置市场化的创新模式及其具体思路与策略。

A rational distribution of rural land resources is an important approach to the realization of sustainable use of land resources,marketing being the only way to an efficient distribution.Based on an analysis of the current state of rural land distribution,this paper discusses the relationship between proprietary rights and sustainable use of rural land,introducing a creative pattern of distribution marketing of rural land resources as well as concrete ideas and strategies.
