摘要
通过调查青海省黄南州草场承包权流转的动态,对全州草场承包经营权流转情况进行了深入细致的调研,分析了存在的问题并提出了建议。截至目前,黄南州草场流转以生态畜牧业合作社入股、出租、转包、互换、转让等方式流转。全州草场承包面积为165.93×104hm2,全州共流转草场27.27×104hm2,涉及牧户11855户,草场流转的最高价为1800元/hm2、最低价为90元/hm2。
From investigation the dynamic of circulation grassland in Huangnan Prefecture in qinghai, analysis the existing problems and proposed.
