社区居民乡土学习资源开发的若干思考

摘要 为社区居民开发优质的具有地方特色的乡土学习资源,是激发和满足广大社区居民学习需求,持续推动全民终身学习的基础性环节和保障性支撑,具有多重价值。社区居民乡土学习资源具有地域乡土性、原生创造性、题材丰富性、内涵可学性、反复开发性、功效综合性、形式多样性等特点,开发时要遵循保持乡土原味与贴近时代关切相结合、组建专业团队与动员社会力量相结合、满足需求多样化与考量条件可能性相结合、沿用传统媒质与创新现代媒体相结合、教材与学材相结合等原则,要依次历经前期调研、方案设计、素材搜集、内容编撰、媒体制作、审查验收等诸环节,要采用党政推动、社区学院牵动、规划带动、项目拉动、部门联动、制度促动、经费鼓动等策略方法加以推动。 The development of high quality local learning resources will inspire and meet the community residents' learning needs and is a fundamental step and support to promote lifelong learning. The local learning resources are fearture with localism, native creativity, richness of subjects, connotation, repeatedly development, efficacy of comprehensiveness and diversified characteristics. The development should follow some principles, such as the combination of local features and the current focuses, the combination of the construction of professional team and mobilization of social forces, etc. The development should also follow some essential procedure like survey, project design, material collection, and compilation etc.
