高校辅导员与大学生之间和谐的师生关系非常重要,但在现实教育活动中大学生与辅导员的冲突随处可见。其构成体现为个人群体冲突、教育冲突、心理冲突、伦理冲突,现实表现为价值观念、地位权益、行为规则、生活方式、仪表言行的冲突。冲突归因于文化阶层不同导致文化冲突,教育关系不同导致"教"与"学"的冲突,心理需求不同导致心理冲突,社会地位不同导致交往冲突。冲突的协调与消解要求辅导员确立多元文化教育观以协调师生文化冲突,革新教育理念与方法以协调心理关系冲突,采用合理的教育手段以协调教育关系冲突,转变师生观以协调师生交往冲突。

The conflicts between college students and their counselors are common, though a harmonious relationship between them is very important. The culture hierarchy results in cultural conflicts and the difference in education leads to the conflicts between teaching and learning. Different psychological needs cause psychological conflicts. The coordination and settle of the conflicts need the counselors to have multi - culture education view and use reasonable teaching means to coordinate the education conflicts.
