高职院校课堂教学评价的功能、标准与方法

On the Function,Standard and Method of Classroom Teaching Evaluation in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校课堂教学评价是高职院校教学评价的一个重要组成部分,在教学实践中具有目标导向、精神激励、问题诊断、行为调节、监督管理等教育功能,评价的标准具体分为要素评价标准、过程评价标准和实效评价标准等三种基本类型。在开展高职院校课堂教学评价中应坚持职业素养阶段性评价与职业能力总结性评价相结合、职业培养定时评价与职业发展经常评价相结合、职业水平定性评价与职业技能定量评价相结合、就业能力综合评价与职业素养专题评价相结合、自评与他评相结合等原则。

The evaluation of teaching in higher vocational colleges is an important part of teaching evaluation in higher vocational col- leges. In teaching practice, it has the function of goal orientation, spiritual motivation, problem diagnosis, behavior regulation, supervision and management, etc. The criteria of evaluation are divided into three kinds of basic standards, such as the factor evaluation standard, the process evaluation standard and the actual effect evaluation standard. To carry out vocational college classroom teaching evaluation should adhere to the summary evaluation and stage evaluation of the combination, timing evaluation and regular evaluation combined, qualitative e- valuation and quantitative evaluation of the combination, comprehensive evaluation and thematic evaluation combined with self rating and peer assessment on the principle of combining method.
