浅议社会保障与经济发展的协调关系

A Brief Analysis on Coordination of Social Security and Economic Development

经济的高速发展给社会保障制度提供了坚实的物质基础,完善的社会保障为经济发展的可持续性提供了稳定的社会环境。本文以成熟市场经济国家(地区)为例,对社会保障与经济发展的关系进行考察,并得出相关历史经验和协调性判断,从而探寻当下我国社会保障不适应经济发展要求的问题所在,最后在此基础上提出了社会保障制度促进经济发展的具体建议。

With the development of economy, social security system has been offered with solid material foundation, and well -established social security could provide stable social atmosphere for the sustainable economic development. The paper, taking countries with mature market economy as examples, researches on the relation between social security and economic development, thus working out related historical experiences and judgements, then exploring the problems of Chinese social security and finally making suggestions in order to improve social security system and accelerate economic development.
