摘要
我国加入世界贸易组织后,在与国际市场接轨的过程中,环境壁垒将对我国环境保护和对外贸易产生巨大影响。本文在分析环境壁垒的现状及影响的基础上,提出了在我国大力推行ISO14000环境系列标准、推广环境标志制度以及清洁生产技术等措施,从而突破环境壁垒、实现环境与贸易的协调发展。
After the entry into WTO,environmental barriers will have a great influence on China's environmental protection and foreign trade in the course of adapting to international market.Based on an analysis of the present situation and influ-ence of the environmental barriers,this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures against environmental barriers,such as strength ening the environmental management,implementing ISO14000and spreading regulation of environmental labels and clean pro duction techniques,thus breaking through environmental barriers and realizing harmonious development of environment and trade.
