Effect of Co-disciplinary Teaching on Clinical Ability of Postgraduates:Experience in Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring

摘要 目的通过术中神经电生理监测的教学过程,探讨联合教学模式对提高研究生临床能力的影响。方法 2010年1月~2016年3月,康复治疗学专业研究生36名随机分成S组(n=18)和SA组(n=18)。S组由脊柱脊髓外科医生进行术中神经电生理监测教学,SA组由同一脊柱外科医生与一名麻醉医生共同进行术中神经电生理监测教学。观察两组在脊柱脊髓外科手术中承担术中神经电生理监测的能力。结果 SA组神经电生理监测能力总分显著高于S组(t=4.704,P〈0.001),主要表现为预防和排除神经电生理监测干扰因素能力提高。结论联合教学模式能够有效提高研究生临床能力。 Objective To explore the effect of co-disciplinary teaching on clinical ability of postgraduates in the practice of intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring(IONM). Methods From January, 2010 to March, 2016, 36 postgraduates of rehabilitation therapy were randomly assigned into group S(n=18) and group SA(n=18), who were taught IONM by a doctor of Department of Spine and Spinal Cord or the same doctor and another anesthesiologist. The IONM ability of the postgraduates in both groups in the spine and spinal cord surgery was evaluated. Results The IONM ability of postgraduates was significantly stronger in group SA than in group S(t=4.704, P〈0.001), especially in the prevention and settlement of the disturbance. Conclusion The co-disciplinary teaching is effective on the clinical ability of postgraduates.
