现代恐怖主义的媒介化生存使得国际恐怖主义的全球治理离不开对恐怖主义传播的治理。互联网新媒体的兴起和美国的霸权主义立场是当前美国主导的国际恐怖主义传播治理陷入危机的主要原因。在义利观、王霸观、和同观三方面,中国传统文化提供了迥异于西方的治理价值和治理理念,从治理话语、治理机制、治理战略等方面入手建构中国特色的治理模式,将有助于改善对国际恐怖主义传播的治理。

Modern terrorism exists by modern media,which makes the governance of terrorism communication become very important.The rise of the Internet new media and American hegemony is the main reason for the crisis of the current US-led international terrorism communication governance. There are great differences between Chinese traditional culture and the West culture in three aspects of governance such as Righteousness and Profit,Hegemony and Kingly,Merge and Homogeneous. From the governance discourse,governance system,strategic management etc. to construct the Chinese model of governance,it will help to improve the governance of international terrorism communication.
