刍议喉罩和气管插管对老年腹腔镜胆囊手术患者呼吸及循环功能的影响

Effects of Laryngeal Mask Airway and Endotracheal Intubation on Respiratory and Circulatory Function in Elderly Patients with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的分析喉罩和气管插管对老年腹腔镜胆囊手术患者呼吸及循环功能的影响。方法随机选择2014年5月—2015年5月在该院接受治疗的老年腹腔镜胆囊手术92例参与研究,随机平均分成2组,实施不同麻醉,比较效果。结果观察组循环功能优于对照组;插入后3 min、拔除前即刻PAW为(7.8±1.6)cm H_2O、(9.1±1.9)cm H_2O,PETCO_2为(35.1±6.9)mm Hg、(36.1±7.0)mm Hg,对照组分别为(8.6±1.7)cm H_2O、(10.3±2.0)cm H_2O、(36.8±6.9)mm Hg、(37.5±7.3)mm Hg。结论老年腹腔镜胆囊手术中使用喉罩麻醉效果更为明显,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effects of laryngeal mask airway and endotracheal intubation on respiratory and circulatory function in elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Randomly selected 92 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into 2 groups, the implementation of different anesthesia, the comparative effect. Results Observation group circulatory function better than the control group; 3minutes after insertion, before removal of the immediate paw for（7.8±1.6） cm H_2O、（9.1±1.9） cm H_2 O and Pet CO_2for（35.1±6.9） mm Hg、（36.1±7.0） mm Hg, and the control group respectively（8.6±1.7） cm H_2O、（10.3±2.0） cm H_2O、（36.8±6.9） mm Hg,（37.5±7.3） mm Hg. Conclusion The use of laryngeal mask anesthesia in elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy is more obvious, and it is worth promoting.
