摘要
目的探究经胸乳途径腔镜甲状腺手术的治疗效果。方法整群选取该院2014年2月—2016年7月收治的68例经胸乳途径腔镜甲状腺手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 68例患者都顺利完成腔镜甲状腺手术,手术时间63-147 min,平均手术时间107 min。术中出血量6-64 m L。术中冷冻切片检查表明66例患者为良性肿瘤,2例患者显示甲状腺癌,马上转至开放式手术治疗。手术完成后出现胸前皮下瘀斑2例,14 d后消退。皮下积液1例,穿刺抽液以后痊愈。1例低钙性手足搐弱,14 d后症状消失。术后1例患者出现声音嘶哑,30 d后症状改善。住院时间4-6 d,平均住院时间5.1 d。结论腔镜甲状腺手术具有多种优势,如切口较小、出血量较少、美观满意度高等,具有显著的安全性与可行性。
Objective To explore the way breast cavity mirror effect of the treatment of thyroid surgery. Methods Group selected the hospital 68 cases by breast approach endoscopic thyroidectomy in patients with clinical data, since February2014 to July 2016, were retrospectively analyzed. Results 68 patients were successfully completed cavity mirror thyroid surgery, surgery time from 63 to 147 min, the average operation time of 107 min. 6 to 64 m L of intraoperative blood loss.Intraoperative frozen biopsy showed that 66 cases of patients with benign tumor, 2 patients showed that thyroid cancer, immediately transferred to open surgery. Produced after the completion of chest surgery subcutaneous ecchymosis in 2 cases,fade after 14 d. After subcutaneous effusion in 1 case, puncture pumping liquid to heal. 1 case of low calcium brothers Chu weak, 14 d after symptoms disappear. 1 case of patients with postoperative hoarseness, symptoms improved after 30 d.Length of hospital stay 4 to 6 d, the average hospitalization time 5.1 d. Conclusion Endoscopy thyroid surgery has many advantages, such as smaller incision, less blood loss and high aesthetic satisfaction, safety and feasibility of significant.
