法莫替丁联合双嘧达莫治疗小儿秋季腹泻临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of Infantile Autumn Diarrhea with Famotidine Joint Dipyridamole Treatment

目的研究分析法莫替丁联合双嘧达莫治疗小儿秋季腹泻临床效果。方法随机选取2013年9月—2015年9月期间在该院接受治疗的100例秋季腹泻患儿作为研究对象。将患儿随机分成对照组与观察组,每组各50例患儿,其中对照组给予利巴韦林10-15 mg/（kg·d）进行常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予法莫替丁20 mg/（kg·d）、双嘧达莫3-5 mg/（kg·d）进行治疗。以两组患儿治疗时间比较及治疗总有效率作为观察指标。结果两组患儿经过相应治疗后,观察组患儿平均退热时间（2.02±0.68）d、平均止泻时间（1.33±0.27）d明显少于对照组患儿平均退热时间（3.06±0.31）d、平均止泻时间（2.71±0.71）d;另外,观察组治疗总有效率为96%,明显高于对照组的70%,且两组之间差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论通过法莫替丁联合双嘧达莫治疗小儿秋季腹泻,能够明显缩短退热治疗时间、止泻治疗时间,并且有着高效治疗成功率,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of infantile autumn diarrhea with Famotidine joint dipyridamole treatment.Methods Random select 100 cases of autumn diarrhea children as the research object treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015. Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group with 50 patients.The control group given ribavirin 10-15 mg/（kg·d） for regular treatment, observation group on the basis of conventional treatment to give farmer for butyl 20 mg/（kg·d）, dipyridamole 3 -5 mg/（kg·d） treatment. To compare two groups of children with treatment time and total effective treatment as observation index. Results Two groups of children after appropriate treatment, observation group with average defervescence time（2.02±0.68）d, the average time of diarrhoea（1.33±0.27）d significantly less than the control group with average defervescence time（3.06 ±0.31）d, the average time of diarrhoea（2.71 ±0.71）d; In addition, the observation group treatment the total effective rate was 96%, significantly higher than the control group 70%, and the differences between two groups,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through the farmer for butyl joint dipyridamole treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea, the treatment time and treatment time of diarrhea and fever can be obviously shortened; also it had a high efficient treatment success. So it is worthy of clinical promotion.
