探究针刺放血配合外用复方黄柏液治疗甲沟炎1例

Acupuncture Bloodletting and A Topical Fufanghuangbai Liquid Treatment of Paronychia

目的探究了针刺放血配合外用复方黄柏液治疗甲沟炎的疗效。方法选择了1例2013年7月来南京市中医院皮肤科就诊的双脚大脚指的甲沟炎患者。采用三棱针放血泄热毒+复方黄柏液外用疗法治疗患者的甲沟炎。结果通过3个月的治疗后,患者痛感消失,大脚指指甲硬的地方也明显缩小减少。结论该研究采用局部放血疗法配合复方黄柏液外敷治疗一例多次拔甲无效反复发作的甲沟炎患者,取得较好的效果。

Objective To explore the efficacy of topical acupuncture bloodletting and fufanghuangbai liquid in the treatment of paronychia. Methods The cases of July 2013 Department of Dermatology, Nanjing Municipal Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine feet toe paronychia patient. The triangular needle bloodletting relief paronychia toxin ＋ fufanghuangbai liquid topical therapy for patients. Results After three months of treatment, patients with pain disappeared, the big toe nail hard place also reduced obviously reduced. Conclusion In this case the local bloodletting therapy with compound Huangbai solution for external application therapy in one case repeatedly pull a invalid patients with recurrent paronychia, achieved good results
