摘要
铈激活的钇铝石榴石 (YAG∶Ce)由高温固相反应制备。样品证明为纯的的石榴石物相。YAG∶Ce的激发光谱为双峰结构 ,主要激发峰在 4 6 0nm ,与GaN的蓝光发射匹配。YAG∶Ce的发射光谱为一宽带 ,波长范围从蓝绿到红 ,主峰波长为 5 4 0nm ,能与GaN的蓝光组合形成高亮度白光。YAG∶Ce在漫反射光谱中的的两个吸收峰与YAG∶Ce的激发峰相吻合 ,进一步证明了铈激活的YAG对GaN蓝光的有效吸收。YAG∶Ce有很高的发光强度和高达 89%的量子效率。
Yttrium aluminum garnet doped by cerium (YAG∶Ce), is prepared by high temperatu re solid reaction. Its absorption band has two peaks. The major one is around 46 0nm, which matches the blue emission of GaN LED very well. Its emission band is w ide, from blue to red. The emission peak is at 540nm, which can combine the blue light of GaN LED to yield bright white light. The wavelength of two peaks of th e di ffusion spectrum is similar to that of the excitation spectrum. That indicates t he YAG∶Ce ha s effective absorption for blue light of GaN. YAG∶Ce phosphor has strong em ission intensity, and the quantum efficecy is 89%.
