大数据背景下大学生征信平台建设路径研究

Research on the Construction of Integrity Platform of College Students Based on the Big Data Background

高校大学生诚信包括学业诚信、经济诚信、生活诚信、就业诚信等内容,诚信档案是大学生思想政治教育测评的重要依据。本文首先阐述了高校大学生诚信现状及诚信缺失成因,并分析了大学生征信大数据构成,最后提出通过"学校—企业—政府"合作模式构建大学生征信平台的构想,从6个方面对信用记录信息化、统计分析模型化、信用报告实时化等提出对策,以期对构建诚信社会提供实际支撑。

The integrity of college students consists of economic credibility, education honesty, academic integrity as well as employment integrity. The integrity file is a main approach to assess the ideological and po- litical education for college students. The thesis analyzes the current integrity situation of college students as well as the reasons why college students lack of integrity. What＇ s more, it puts forward a proposal of constructing an integrity system platform based on the mode of cooperation among college, enterprise and government, and makes some countermeasures on the integrity record informationization, the statistic and analysis modelization, and the integrity report effectiveness from six aspects in order to provide practical support for constructing a society of integrity.
