摘要
教师是教育的实施者,是专业课程的开发者,对于提升人才培养质量有至关重要的作用。瑞典职业院校通过实行教师资格登记制度、建立规范的教师准入门槛并与企业合作完善在职培训体系,有效地提升了教师的教育教学能力,这给我国高职教育师资队伍建设提供了借鉴与启示。
Teachers, who are responsible for executing the implementation of professional development and developing specialty curriculum, play an decisive role in improving the quality of talent training. With the implementation of registration system of the teacher qualification, a standardized access for teachers and cooperation with enterprise in Sweden higher vocational colleges have been established effectively improving teachers' education and teaching abilities, which provides reference and inspiration to the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational education in China.
