近4年某院肿瘤科肿瘤辅助治疗药物应用分析

Utilization of Antineoplastic Assistant Drugs in the Oncology Department of a Hospital from2012 to 2015

目的了解医院肿瘤科患者肿瘤辅助治疗药物的临床应用情况及变化趋势。方法采用回顾性分析法,统计并分析医院肿瘤科2012年至2015年肿瘤辅助治疗药物的销售金额、销售数量、用药频度(DDDs)、日用药金额(DDC)等情况。同时,对肿瘤科住院患者化学治疗(简称化疗)疗程及其不良反应进行抽样调查。结果该院肿瘤辅助治疗药物销售金额和DDDs呈逐年增加趋势,其中,中药制剂每年销售金额占比较高,但总体占比呈下降趋势(37.61%,36.41%,34.68%,33.53%);而DDDs除升白细胞药和保肝药外,其他品种均有所增加;2013年和2014年各类肿瘤辅助治疗药物用药品种数均有所增加,2015年则明显减少;升白细胞药和保肝药DDC增加较明显。结论肿瘤辅助治疗药物品种不宜过多,应考虑针对性强、性价比高的药物,进一步规范该类药物的临床合理使用。

Objective To investigate and evaluate the status quo and the trend of the clinical utilization of antineoplastic assistant drugs in the oncology department of the hospital.M ethods By a retrospective review,the consumption quantity,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC of the antineoplastic assistant drugs used in the oncology department of the hospital from 2012 to 2015 were statistically analyzed.Meanwhile,the treatment course and adverse drug reactions of chemotherapy in patients of the oncology department were sampled and investigated.Results Both the total consumption sum and DDDs of the antineoplastic assistant drugs increased year on year from2012 to 2015.In terms of consumption sum,although the Chinese patent antineoplastic drugs had dominated the first place over the4 consecutive years,on the whole it presented a downward trend year by year（37.61%,36.41%,34.68%and 33.53%）.DDDs of most kinds of antineoplastic assistant drugs（except leukogenic drugs and hepatoprotectants） was increased.The numbers of all kinds of antineoplastic assistant drugs were increased in 2013 and 2014,but decreased obviously in 2015.The DDC of leukopenia drugs and hepatoprotectants increased most obviously.Conclusion The variety of antineoplastic assistant drug should not be too much,and its selection should be targeted and cost-effective.In order to promote the rational drug use,we should further standardize the clinical use of antineoplastic assistant drugs.
