在"一带一路"建设的大背景下,在保障国家文化安全的同时,东北跨境民族要在与周边国家的交往交流中传承和创新发展自身的文化,充分发挥其与俄朝韩蒙同一民族语言相通、文化相通、习俗相通、宗教相通等边缘文化的功能和优势,在民心相通方面发挥更大的作用。

In the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-century Maritime Silk Road,the northeastern trans-territory ethnics should inherit and creatively develop their own excellent traditional cultures and play a greater role in their communications by doing their best to give full play to the functions and advantages of the marginal cultures including communicable language,culture,custom and religion among China,Russia,Korea and Mongolia under the safeguard of national cultural security.
