Private overseas trade during the Yuan dynasty is one of the main methods of overseas trade,which was affected by the social environment and the development of science and technology,especially the development of private overseas trade fuelled by the disadvantages of trade officer camp as well as the ordinary merchants＇ trade activities that had become the main part of private overseas trade.
