In order to implement all the policies regarding university financial system in China,the primary goal of Chinese universities is to clarify the scope and contents of their financial and accounting work. Based on the financial work experience of the authors,the paper explores problems in the accounting work of the universities so as to find out effective approaches to enhancing the financial and accounting work and ensure working efficiency.
