Practice-oriented Teaching Mode for Improving the Employability of the Financial Management Majors

随着中国社会经济和资本市场的快速发展,具有创新实践能力的财务管理人才十分紧缺。以财务管理本科生为主,在梳理现行实践教学中存在问题的基础上,以提升学生的就业能力为导向,构建了财务管理实践教学的新模式,以期为财务管理的教育教学改革提供借鉴。

With the rapid development of economy and capital market,companies need financial management experts with the ability of innovation and practice. Focusing on financial management majors,based on an analysis of the problems in practice-oriented teaching of financial management,this paper builds a new financial management practice-oriented teaching model in order to enhance the employability of the students and provide references for the reform of financial management education.
