摘要
介绍了国际矿产资源治理的主体(政府、公众、企业)及其职能,在此基础上阐述了国际矿产资源治理目标、制度分类,并分析了国际矿产资源治理机制及其对中国的启示。
The article introduces main authorities of mining governance （government, public and enterprises） and their main functions. Based on it, it also introduces international mining resource governance targets and system classification. Finally it analyzes international mining resource governance mechanism and its enlightenment for China.
