上海工业行业能耗与经济脱钩分析

摘要 基于Tapio脱钩指标理论,通过建立工业行业能耗与经济增长脱钩模型,对上海市2001年至2014年间工业能耗与经济增长的脱钩状态进行计算,发现总体上呈现"弱脱钩"状态。并将脱钩模型进一步应用于行业中观层面,表明"十二五"期间上海工业行业存在一定的脱钩效应,不同行业的脱钩指数差异较大,强脱钩效应行业不断增加。基于研究成果提出了相关政策建议和结论,以促进产业结构转型,推进上海工业行业经济增长与能源消费协调、绿色发展。 Based on Tapio decoupling index theory, the author builds up industrial energy consumption and economic growth decoupling model and calculates decoupling condition of industrial energy consumption and economic growth from 2001 to 2014 in Shanghai. He figures out that overall presentation shows 'weak decoupling' condition and applies decoupling model into industry medium level to demonstrate that industrial sectors exist certain decoupling effect during '12th five ' period in Shanghai. Different industries have large difference in decoupling index and enterprises with strong decoupling effect are constantly increasing. Based on research results, the author puts forward relative policy suggestions and conclusions to promote industries structure transformation to make Shanghai industrial economic growth coordinate with energy consumption and green development.
