摘要 目的:构建地方医学院医学类教师岗位胜任力模型。方法:抽取赣南医学院的专职教师、教学管理人员和学生作为调查对象。采用文献研究方法、行为事件访谈法和问卷调查法,构建地方医学院医学类教师岗位胜任力模型。并采用同时交叉效度法验证胜任力模型的有效性。结果:构建了一个包含4个维度,14个二级指标的地方医学院医学类教师岗位胜任力模型,统计结果显示模型的信度、效度较高。结论:本研究构建的教师岗位胜任力模型具有医学专业特点,具有较强的区分能力,能够有效地区分和鉴别优秀医学教师和普通医学教师。 Objective: To establish a competency model for medical teachers in local medical colleges. Methods: We sampled subjects from teachers,the teaching management staffs and students. Through literature review,behavioral event interview and questionnaire survey,we established a competency model for medical teachers in local medical colleges and verified the effectiveness of the competency model by using cross-validation method. Results: A competency model with 4dimension and 14 secondary indicatorsn was established. The statistical results showed that the competency model was of high reliability and validity. Conclusion: The competency model is of the characteristics of medical specialty and separating capacity can effectively distinguish excellent medical teachers from ordinary medical teachers.
