基于和谐医患关系的临床健康素养概念内涵与评估构建探析 被引量:2

摘要 在社会价值观念多元化、复杂化背景下,和谐医患关系的构建已经成为改善医疗环境,提高医疗服务水平、促进医疗卫生事业健康发展的核心动因要素。本文通过回顾与比较分析国内外健康素养相关理论发展及应用历史,结合我国临床医患关系现状,将以认知因素为核心的健康素养内涵合理地加以延伸拓展,提出基于构建和谐医患关系的临床健康素养的概念,在此基础上探析临床健康素养评估的内涵与特征,并探讨构建临床健康素养评估体系的基本要素,为和谐医患关系新战略路径的构建提供理论支持。 Under the background of diversification and complexity of social values,the harmonious doctor-patient relationship has become a core motivation factor related to improving the medical environment,the medical service levels and the healthy development of the medical and health services. In this paper,by reviewing and contrasting the developmental history of health literacy theory between China and other countries,connotation of health literacy based on the the current status of doctor-patient relationship in China,which is the core of cognitive factors,should be extended reasonably. Also the appraisal principles of clinically health literacy assessment from the views of establishing harmonious doctor-patient relationship were put forward. In order to scientifically and reasonably design more effective,and targeted procedure of clinically health literacy assessment,the items should include the following factors: education level,cognitive ability,cultural background,language habits,values,expectations,medical level as well as the relevant laws and ethics. A more scientific assessment not only can improve the effectiveness in communication between patients and doctors,diagnosis and treatment,but also can provide a new strategic path for building harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and eventually realize the healthy development of medical and health services.
